BUYING A GIFT?

Christmas presents can be returned or exchanged through the month of January.

If you're buying anything as a present, please indicate it in an order note after adding the item to your cart or send us an email with the order number, and we'll adjust the right to exchange and return accordingly.
Christmas presents can be exchanged all through January, so simply write "gift", "Julegave", "Christmas Present" or however you want to write it.


Order dates for guaranteed delivery: 

Denmark: 19. December before 12.00 PM 

Europe: 16. December 

Outside of Europe: 11. December 


Last day for custom orders for guaranteed delivery in Denmark before Christmas: 16. December 


Gift cards are digital and will be delivered directly to your email upon purchase. They make perfect last minute gifts.


Please note!
We do not ship orders between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed between December 23, 2025 and January 4, 2026 will not be shipped until Monday, January 5, 2026.

If you are interested in purchasing something from our collection between Christmas and New Year, you are welcome to visit our store, which is open December 27 and December 30.
