Shipping policy

Most orders on the webshop will ship out within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 work days for your order to ship. No orders are shipped or prepared during the weekend.
Exclusions may occur, but shipping and/or production time will be indicated on the product.
Custom made jewelry orders will require a longer production time. An email will be sent upon your order’s departure from our workshop.

Pick Up in Store

You're more than welcome to choose the pick up option when checking out. Pick up will take place in our store on Sønder Boulevard 77 / Copenhagen V.
Orders are packed on a separate location and you'll receive a pick up notification via email, when the order is ready to be picked up during regular opening hours. Usually your order will be ready to be picked up within 24 hours during the week.

Orders will be packed for the store Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed between Friday at 12 pm and monday at 12 am will not be packed until Tuesday, so no orders will be packed for the shop over the weekend.

Shipping time

The indicated times are meant as a guide only. Shipping is handled by a courier and is out of our hands as soon as the order leaves our workshop, so please bear with us if you experience any delays. We use GLS as our main courier in Denmark and the EU. The rest of the world is handled by a few other couriers depending on the country - primarily using Fedex. 

  • Denmark – 1-2 working days (primarily delivered to a parcel shop)
  • EU – 2-7  working days
  • Outside of EU – 2-14 working days  (including UK)

    Shipping Rates on Purchases on the Webshop

    • Denmark – 50 DKK // Free on webshop orders over 750,- DKK.
    • *Free shipping does not apply to custom orders such as engraved pendants or engagement rings.
    • Europe - 125 DKK.
    • UK - 150 DKK. (UK orders must meet a min. of 1300 DKK (approx £150) for us to process the order)
    • Rest of the world - 150 DKK.

    Local taxes and VAT

    Please know that import duties, taxes and other fees are not included in the sale price or shipping costs. These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility and Handcraftedcph cannot be held responsible. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs to expect before placing an order.
