Handcraftedcph cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency or exchange rates charges carried out by any bank.
Payment is collected at the time of placing an order and an order confirmation is sent out to the customer. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Your order will be delivered by a courier of Handcraftedcph’s choosing, but we will try to comply with the customer’s selection if possible. Shipping will be at the cost of the customer. We aim to dispatch the goods within 24 hours, but allow for up to 3 work days.
When placing an order you confirm that all details are true, that you are over 18 years old, and that you are the authorized user of the credit card used for the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatching it. In such instance we’ll issue a refund and inform of such instance via email.
Handcraftedcph is in no way responsible for any extra fees or prolonged delivery time that may occur when importing goods to your country and it’s your own responsibility to cover those extra costs. If in doubt please check with your local custom office to determine what extra costs to expect.

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and all prices include 25% Danish VAT. Goods also ship from Denmark. If you’re placing an order from inside the EU, you must pay Danish VAT, but no duties.
