Returns / Exchanges

Items bought on handcraftedcph.com
When you’re ordering from the handcraftedcph webshop, you’re entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Unless adjusted accordingly to the date the item was gifted if notified during or immediately after the purchase.

Items bought in the physical shop
The same rules do not apply to purchases made in our physical store. Purchases made in our physical store are not eligible for a refund, you can however exchange your purchase to another item or a gift card/voucher.

You're always welcome to send returns and exchanges back to us as specified below.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions

• If an item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless anything else has been agreed by stating a different date
• If there is an obvious flaw in the craftsmanship

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions

• If an item is custom made to order
• If an item has been used (besides being tried on)
• If an item has been personalized in any way - for instance if an item has been engraved

If you have any doubts about if your purchase qualifies for a return, please get in touch via phone or email.

If you want to make a return, please do the following:

• Print and fill out this return form and enclose it in the parcel. If you do not have a printer, please write your info, order number and instructions clearly on a piece of paper
• Please pack the jewelry carefully in its original box
• Alternatively you can use the return portal to set up the return - this is at your own cost, as we do not cover return costs. You find the return portal here

We take no responsibility for return parcels lost in transit, so we can only recommend sending the parcel with a trackable service. Return costs are not covered by Handcraftedcph.
After receiving the return order, we will refund the credit card used for the transaction. Returns are normally handled within 7 working days.

If you want, you can use our return portal located right here to purchase a shipping label using GLS - This service is for Danish customers only

Any returns not packed properly or with insufficient postage causing Handcraftedcph any unexpected fees will be deducted from the buyer's refund.

Returns on Sønder Boulevard 77

If you’re in copenhagen, you’re also welcome to return the goods in person to our jewelry store during opening hours for an exchange or a gift card. Please bring a printed version of the order confirmation or fill out the online return form. If you want to return for a refund that refund cannot be processed in store, but we’ll refund it to the credit card used for the transaction via the webshop. Please allow for up to 7 working days for the refund to be issued.

Returns from outside the EU

If returning an order from outside the EU, please make sure to mark it and declare it clearly as a "RETURN" to the courier or postal service. This will prevent it from being delayed by the Danish customs and making the process of returning, exchanging and refunding much quicker.

Failing to do so may cause the parcel to be held by Danish customs and delayed for up to a month in certain periods. Also it could lead to us paying for the import of the parcel, a fee which we will pass on to you by deducting it from your total. This is a non-refundable charge, so please be observant if returning an item from outside of the EU.
